Q. Will you assemble my furniture?

Many of our products come with an option of our premier home assembly service, products that we offer for this service will be clearly marked on the product page.

Q. How do I place an order?

You can order online simply by clicking ‘Add to basket’ button, after you have added the item to the basket you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. Once you have added all the items to the basket, you will proceed to the checkout, at the checkout section you will enter your personal and payment details, after your payment has been accepted, your order then is placed with us.

Q. Can I make changes to my order?

If you want to make any changes to your order, email us or telephone us on 01924 464626, if you change your order after a few days and your order is in production we may charge you a cancelation fee to cover the costs, if you have ordered bespoke items or special order items you will not be able to make any alterations once in production.

Q. How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery is free for orders of £400 and over, for orders under £400 we charge £25 for mainland UK.

Q. Do you deliver overseas?

We only deliver to the mainland UK, in the future we may be able to delivery.

Q. Where is my order?

If you would like to check when your order is being delivered or how far it’s in process, you can either email us or call us on 01924 464626.

Q. What if my order is late?

Furniture for you takes great care to ensure your products are delivered within the timescales given, we cannot be held liable for any delays that are beyond our control, if you have any delivery problems please email us or contact us on 01924 464626.

Q. Can I cancel my order before delivery?

If you want to cancel your order, email us or telephone us on 01924 464626, if you cancel your order after a few days and your order is in production we may charge you a cancelation fee to cover the costs, if you have ordered bespoke items or special order items you will not be able to cancel once in production.

If after placing your order, you want to cancel for whatever reason, you cancel your order prior to your delivery date, if you want to cancel after the delivery, you have 7 days from the delivery date, to receive the refund, and you must return the goods in original packaging and also unused condition.

Bespoke items or special orders?

Items which have specially made for you whether bespoke or made to order cannot be cancelled once the goods are in production. Production varies on the item, so therefore if you do change your mind you must notify us in writing as quickly as possible.

Q. Can you take my old furniture away?

No, however you can contact your local council and they will arrange a collection.

Q. Can I order over the phone?

Yes, you can simply call us on 01924 464626.

Q. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere within mainland UK, delivery to remote parts of Scotland are possible, however additional carrier charges will be applied. If you would like to know the additional charge before ordering, you can either email us or contact us on 01924 464626.

The following postcode will incur additional carrier charges: IV, PH, AB, PA, KW, KA, IF you’re unsure about the delivery to your postcode, just simply contact us on 01924 464626.

Q. Can I request a delivery date?

It’s not possible to request a delivery date or time, however When you order your furniture, we will give you an estimated delivery date, if for any reason you are not in please contact us or email us 3 days prior to your delivery, our delivery team will re-schedule the delivery for you.

Q. What if the goods are damaged on delivery?

This happens infrequently, but sometimes furniture can be damage or contain manufactures defect, if this occurs you must inform us within 5 days of receiving the delivery. If the item needs to be return to the manufactures please keep the original packaging.

Q. What if I have ordered items and do not fit?

It’s very important you measure the space before you place the order. Please check doorways, stairways and the space where it has to go into. If it doesn’t fit, we will do our best to help you come up with an alternative.

Q. Can I collect my furniture?

Yes, you can collect, collections are available between 10am – 4pm, Monday – Friday, and you must give us 2 working days’ notice so we can get your order ready.

Q. How do I measure properly?

Q. Do you price match?

We offer a 7 day price match, the item being price matched must be identical, available in stock and it must not be an end of line item or returned item

Q. What happens if I’m out when you deliver?

We urge that you have someone present at your address to accept the delivery, if for any reason you can’t, we can leave your delivery with your neighbour, however you must make sure the packages are thoroughly checked before the delivery is accepted and signed for. Return and damaged reported later  will not be accepted, if we are unable to deliver the goods when booked with you, your delivery will be return to the warehouse and additional charge will be applied for re attempting delivery.

Q. How do I pay for my goods?

We have various methods of payments, the fastest and easiest method of payment is with a debit card or credit card, you can also pay by cheque, we have also introduced paying with a deposit, for more information simply call 01924 464626.

Q. What do I do if I have a complaint?

Furniture for you is not satisfied until our customers are pleased with their purchases. If you do not enjoy the experience of shopping with us, please tell us by email or contact us on 01924 464626.

Q. What if I don’t like it after its been delivered?

If after seeing your item in your home you have a change of mind, you will have to notify us with 7 days of the delivery, we will arrange the collection and the buyer pays the return postage of the item. You must return the item in original packaging and unused, Items that have a sign of assembly cannot be returned. The refund will take place after it has been inspected. The refund will be done within 30 days.

Bespoke items or special order cannot be return as they have been specially made at your request.
